we recommend reaching out at least 2–3 weeks ahead, though popular dates fill quickly. for large or branded events, earlier is better so we can develop your signature drink and styling.
we’re a mobile bar based in the klang valley and cater events across kuala lumpur. travel within kl is included; for venues further out, just let us know and we’ll quote travel.
very little — access to the space and a standard power point. otherwise we’re fully self-sufficient: we bring the equipment, coffee, bakes, consumables and bar styling, and leave the space exactly as we found it.
yes — bespoke signature drinks are part of our bloom and elevate packages. we build them around your brand, theme or occasion so they become a real talking point on the day.
from intimate gatherings to roughly 500 cups across an event. we scale the team and equipment to match your guest count and programme — tell us the numbers and we’ll size it right.
